As Team Leader Administration, you are the operational point of contact for the inside sales back office. You combine administrative work with coaching and supporting a small team of three experienced colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the administrative team of 3 people.
  • Processing and following up B2B orders, returns and customer requests operationally.
  • Answering questions about prices, deliveries and shipments by email and phone.
  • Keeping administrative and commercial data up to date.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and transport to guarantee a smooth order flow.
  • Checking colleagues’ work and adjusting where needed.
  • Anticipating last-minute customer requests and urgent situations.
  • Acting as the central link between customers, back office and logistics.
  • Speed, accuracy and clear communication are crucial in this role.

We are looking for

Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree in an administrative field.

  • You have experience leading or guiding a small but highly experienced team (coordinating role, not a people manager).
  • You enjoy hands-on, operational work and are comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • Knowledge of Odoo is a strong plus (certainly not required).
  • You are administratively strong, structured and proactive.
  • You communicate professionally in Dutch and English, both written and by phone.
  • You are stress-resistant and switch smoothly in ad-hoc situations.
  • You enjoy an early start: your working day starts between 07:00 and 08:00.
